W dniach 28-29.05.2026 r. odbędzie się Synod KChWE połączony z konferencją w Ośrodku Radość koło Warszawy.

Temat konferencji:  Małe kroki, duży wpływ.

Tak gardzimy małymi rzeczami, nie zdając sobie sprawy, że wiele małych, kluczowych kroków może mieć ogromny wpływ na nasze życie i służbę.
Podczas konferencji pastor Wayne Neuper pomoże nam ustalić, jakie są te małe, kluczowe kroki i jak mogą one diametralnie przyspieszyć naszą efektywność w budowaniu Królestwa Bożego w Polsce.

Kim jest Wayne Neuper?
Wayne Neuper urodził się w Durbanie w Południowej Afryce.
W 1993 roku, przy wsparciu kościoła w którym on i jego żona pełnili służbę, założyli oni nowy kościół w regionie Johannesburga w Południowej Afryce.
W 1999 roku zostali poproszeni o przejęcie przywództwa w kościele w Dreźnie w Niemczech. Kościół w Dreźnie rozwijał się i rozkwitał przez ponad 26 lat pod ich kierownictwem. Obecnie kościół ma trzy nabożeństwa w niedzielę, regularnie odwiedza go ponad tysiąc osób na wszystkich nabożeństwach i ma podstawową grupę kierowniczą złożoną z dziesięciu par pastorskich.
W październiku 2025 roku Wayne i René przekazali kierownictwo Jesusgemeinde w Dreźnie, aby móc skupić się w pełnym wymiarze godzin na kierowaniu Activate Network, rosnącą siecią kościołów, którą założyli w 2018 roku. Sieć Activate ma na celu łączenie liderów, wyposażanie wierzących oraz zakładanie i wzmacnianie kościołów w Niemczech i w innych krajach świata.
Wayne ma szczególny dar do trenowania i mentorowania liderom oraz uwalniania ich do pełni ich powołania i obdarowania.
Wayne i René mają troje dzieci oraz ośmioro wnucząt.

Small steps, big impact
So often we despise the small things, not realising that it is the many small, key steps that can have huge impact on our lives and ministries.
In our time together Wayne will help us to find out what these small, key steps are and how they can generate new momentum.

Who is Wayne Neuper?
Wayne Neuper was born in Durban, South Africa into an english-speaking South African family.
Wayne studied to be an accountant and practised for 8 years before venturing into fulltime ministry at the age of 30.
In 1993, with the support of the church where he and his wife were serving, Wayne and his wife René, planted a new church in the Johannesburg region in South Africa.
His first contact with Germany came when, during his season of working as an accountant, he spent two years working in the city of Cologne. Then in 1999 while leading their church in South Africa, Wayne and René were asked to take over the leadership of a church in Dresden, Germany. This resulted in a relocation to Germany with the whole family and a handover of their church in South Africa.
The move to Dresden has been confirmed over and over again as having been the right one and the church in Dresden grew and flourished over the more than 26 years under their leadership.
The Jesusgemeinde in Dresden has embraced the vision of being a multi-site church which is also open to its sites becoming new churches. In the last few years two of the sites in the Dresden region have been developed to become independent churches and three new churches have also been planted. The church currently has 3 services on a Sunday, is regularly visited by over a thousand people in all its services and has a core leadership team of 10 pastoral couples. The church is currently in the middle of a challenging building project.
In October 2025, Wayne and René handed over the leadership of the Jesusgemeinde in Dresden to be able to focus full-time on the leadership of Activate Network, a growing network of churches which they founded in 2018. The Activate Network has the aim of connecting leaders, equipping believers and starting and strengthening churches in Germany and in the nations of the world.
Wayne has a heart to train and mentor leaders and see people released into the fullness of their calling.
Wayne and René have three married children and eight grandchildren.
